Virginia’s HB 868

Virginia's HB 868 allows retail electric customers to purchase 100% renewable electricity from electric suppliers, including incumbent electric utilities that are not serving their service territory directly.

New Jersey’s A2371 (2020)

Amends the state RPS's definition of “Class I renewable energy" to include methane gas from a biomass, composting, anaerobic or aerobic digestion facility. Also requires large food waste generators to separate and recycle food waste.

Virginia’s HB 1184 (2020)

Requires the State Corporation Commission to establish by regulation a shared solar program.

New Jersey’s S2252 (2020)

Establishes a Statewide public plug-in electric vehicle charging system, rebates for EVs and EV chargers, and a state clean fleet requirement.

Maine’s Proposed LD 1894 (2020)

Maine's proposed LD 1894 (2020) would would require all school buses statewide to operate with electric power by 2040.
