Georgia’s General Assembly failed to renew a tax exemption on jet fuel that they’d given airlines for more than a decade.
New Jersey’s proposed AB 4392 (2018) would have raised airline fuel taxes $0.04 per gallon on fuel purchased in New Jersey airports offering more than 20,000 commercial flights a year, using that revenue to fund train service extensions.
Prohibits all covenants, conditions or restrictions from preventing a homeowner from installing solar energy.
Serves to prohibit cities from passing ordinances or codes and homeowners' associations from passing covenants that forbid solar installations.
Effectively bans prohibitions on the use of solar energy in homeowners agreements.
Requires that every new single-family dwelling shall have a “solar water heater system.”
Requires all 515 local governments to create an expedited, online solar permitting process for rooftop solar installations under 10 kW.
