Virginia’s Nuclear Planning Legislation

Virginia's HB 1313 requires the state to develop a develop a strategic plan for nuclear energy, which may include the promotion of new technologies and opportunities for innovation, including advanced manufacturing.

Connecticut’s Public Law 17-3

Required the state to conduct an appraisal of nuclear power-generating facilities and solicit bids for zero-carbon electricity-generating resources.
