The Connecticut Hydrogen and Electric Automobile Purchase Rebate offers incentives of up to $5,000 for Connecticut residents who purchase or lease an eligible battery electric, plug-in hybrid electric or fuel cell electric vehicle. Public Act 19-117 expanded the rebate to apply to certain used vehicles as well.
