New Jersey’s AB 3723 requires 50% of energy sold in the state come from Class I renewable resources by 2030, of which 3,500 MW should come from offshore wind. Governor Murphy also signed Executive Order 28, directing the development of an updated Energy Master Plan (EMP) for the state to achieve 100 percent clean energy by 2050.
