Proposed Climate Stewardship Act (2019)

Would provide incentives for agricultural producers to carry out climate stewardship practices, provide for increased reforestation across the United States, and establish the Coastal and Estuary Resilience Grant Program.

Proposed Clean Energy Victory Bonds Act (2019)

Directs the Secretary of Treasury to work with the Secretary of Energy and the Secretary of Defense to establish Clean Energy Victory Bonds, which would raise extra funds for investment in clean energy and energy efficiency deployment.

Vermont’s Global Warming Solutions Act (2020)

Requires the state to reduce greenhouse gas pollution to 26% below 2005 levels by 2025. Emissions would need to be 40% below 1990 levels by 2030 and 80% below by 2050. 

Proposed Super Pollutants Act (2019)

Would reduce short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs) in the atmosphere by enabling federal agencies to set up a taskforce with businesses and non-profits to speed the adoption of SLCP-reducing technologies and policies.

Maryland’s Proposed SNAP Regulation

Proposed regulations to phase out the use of certain HFCs in foam products, refrigeration, commercial air-conditioning, and aerosol propellants, recognizing the availability of environmentally preferable alternatives.

NY’s Proposed SNAP Regulation

New York's Proposed 6 NYCRR Part 494, Hydrofluorocarbon Standards and Reporting, would adopt prohibitions on certain HFC substances in certain end-uses as previously included in the SNAP program.

Washington’s SNAP Regulation

Washington’s HB 1112 adopts as state law the content of EPA’s SNAP Rules 20 and 21.
