The Centre for European Policy Studied and Industrial Innovation for Competitiveness published a 2016 report, Aligning Policies for Low-Carbon Systemic Innovation in Europe, which considers potential policy options to promote ‘systemic innovation’ that foster decarbonization, with a specific focus on the EU.
