Quaking Aspen LLC’s report, Employee Engagement Best-Practices for Energy Efficiency, summarizes the efforts undertaken by a variety of private employers to encourage their employees to adopt more energy efficient behaviors and technologies at the office, at home, and in transit. The most effective types of programs surveyed included commuting assistance, operational changes, employee recognition for energy-efficiency projects, communication and dissemination of best practices, and incentive programs.
