C2ES hosted two workshops in 2019 on improving climate-related financial disclosures consistent with the Financial Stability Board’s Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). This brief identifies best practices, challenges, and lessons learned gathered during these workshops. It focuses on translating information from global climate and energy transition scenario analyses into company-level financial insights, as well as helping companies assess and disclose the risks and opportunities related to the physical impacts of climate change, including how to demonstrate the financial value of resilience to stakeholders.
