In 2012, the Texas A&M Transportation Institute conducted a pilot study assessing the applicability of the On-Road Heavy-Duty Emissions Measurement System (OHMS) to a potential heavy-duty diesel I/M program in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. They published a Phase 2 final report on the study in 2017, assessing the methodology’s use in I/M programs.
