Windustry is a nonprofit organization working to advance community wind projects across the Midwest, developing information and tools for evaluating wind energy easement contracts, landowner options, and economic development impacts of wind energy. They outreach to landowners, farm and agricultural organizations, local elected officials, economic development organizations, and rural utilities. Their staff also manages the Midwest Wind Energy Center.
