LPDD Model Law: Electric Bike Rebates

Would establish a rebate program for the purchase of new or used E Bikes from participating dealers, with an enhanced rebate for lower-income households.

Colorado SB 260 (2021)

This omnibus transportation bill includes specific provisions on transportation equity and expanding access to electric vehicles. 

Nevada’s SB 448

Creates new transmission planning requirements to help the state achieve its renewable and GHG goals, authorizes more spending for EV charging, directs 40% of such funding into underserved communities, and adjusts efficiency and storage incentives.

Proposed California EV Charger Deployment Rules

Offers state utilities more flexibility in what infrastructure they can deploy before 2025, provides for a streamlined application process, and directs utilities to direct 50% of funding to underserved communities.

Requires not less than 35% of the investments through existing electric vehicles charging infrastructure funding streams to be deployed in underserved communities, as defined.
