Model Laws

Linked from this page are model laws that have been drafted for the Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization Project by our team of pro bono attorneys. They have all also been peer reviewed by outside experts, and modified as needed to reflect the peer review comments. Users, with aid of counsel, will need to customize these model laws to suit their particular jurisdiction. The actual laws and model laws presented elsewhere on this web site, other than the LPDD model laws, have not undergone our review process and are furnished for reference.
